1. About this Site

This website is operated by NOAM2509_S, a solo Minecraft mod creator. The site is hosted on Vercel and serves as a public showcase of free, client-side Minecraft mods distributed through Modrinth and CurseForge.

2. Disclaimer — Not Affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB. All product and company names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Use of any trademark does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

3. Data We Collect

This website does not require an account and does not collect personal information directly. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising networks, or third-party analytics scripts.

The site does perform the following automatic data activities:

  • Hosting logs (Vercel): our host, Vercel, may automatically log standard request data (IP address, browser type, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
  • Modrinth API: when the site loads, your browser fetches public mod data (download counts, version info) directly from api.modrinth.com. No personal data is sent.
  • CurseForge proxy: the site fetches public download counts via api.cfwidget.com. No personal data is sent.
  • Local storage: we may store your theme preferences (dark/light, accent color) in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.

4. GDPR (EU/EEA Users)

Since we do not collect or process personal data on this site, you have nothing to consent to and no profile to access, rectify, or delete. If Vercel's hosting logs contain your IP address, you may contact Vercel directly to exercise GDPR rights regarding their processing.

5. COPPA (Users Under 13)

This site is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. There are no accounts, no comments, no contact forms, and no submission features. If you are under 13, you may freely browse the mod information presented here.

6. Third-Party Links

This site links to external services such as Modrinth, CurseForge, and Vercel. Once you click a link to those services, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.

7. Terms of Use

  • The mods showcased here are distributed under their own licenses (visible on each mod page). Read the license before redistributing.
  • The site content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
  • You may not scrape or republish content from this site without permission, except for the public APIs it consumes from Modrinth and CurseForge (which have their own terms).

8. Changes

This policy may be updated occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
